Hi there. I've been using my PayPal account, UK bank account, with Google Play for years, without problems. Yet this week, I've been met with the "payment declined" message. Confused, I then set up another PayPal account to use with my German bank account, which Google play then said was an invalid payment method from PayPal. I am very confused, and frustrated! Ive changed addresses, changed primary contact details, logged in, logged out, taken payment methods away and out them back. Contacted Google Play, and they said there's no apparent problem with my account there. HELP! I'm not buying big amounts either, just small sums.

Ask the Google Wallet team for assistance by filling the contact form:

or calling 855-492-5538 (+1-404-978-9254 from outside the US).
May want to also call PayPal customer service in your region for assistance with specific account issues. This is a user forum. We can't see inside people's accounts or have access to the back end technical stuff.
