Back in Jul 18, 2015 I added $10 to my Playstation account and paid using a linked prepaid Visa card. The transacion was complete and there were no problems. Now for some reason a couple of days later Paypal decided to ask my bank account to transfer another $10 to pay Sony when I never asked for this. I have no money on that bank account so I ignored the first email because I thought it was a mistake and it was going to resolve it self. Now a few more days passed and I got a second email from Paypal telling me they asked again for a transfer but my bank had no money so Paypal decided to pay Sony $10 a second time with their own money. Now they tell me I owe PayPal $10. This makes no sense because I already paid Sony the money the same day I made the transacion.
I emailed PayPal with the problem but they sent a very useless automated message describing me how PayPal transactions work. Very disappointed with that response. I dont owe PayPal or Sony anything. How do I fix this?
