Unfortunately whoever you paid now has an interface that looks like it was written for a 6th grade student. All important details of your payment including the fees charged by PayPal and I am not kidding, the actual amount of deposit. Yes I said and mean it. We are allowed to see the original amount but not the amount that is actually in the account after they remove fees. Therefore the running balance is not accurate. Much less all sorts of previous information is just gone. We formerly had a large spreadsheet overview with everything necessary and tabs for what was not in plain view. Most views were single link or single drop down no click and full of detail. Now a child can buy something on mommies phone but a business can check their books properly.
Thank you PayPal for proving your preferred customer base is children and not the actual people who pay the fees to use your payment service. I have read a lot about some exec from eBay now putting his hands in PayPal to make unnecessary and disastrous changes. I am inclined to believe the rumor.
