Can't Find Answers - "You have requested an outdated version of PayPal."

Does anyone know how to change your logo and/or get into the old page, "Customize your buyers' experience?"

Paypal seems to have forgotten to update their help with the new, completely and utterly useless, frustrating user interface. 

 

(Nice job, Paypal. Thanks for wasting a TON of my time.)
