Cant add my Prepaid PayPal Debit Mastercard Banking info.

I purchased The Prepaid Paypal Debit Mastercard. Activated,Loaded and registered on Paypal-Prepaid.com. I Linked the card to my Paypal account But cannot add the banking/checking info. It comes up with "cannot proccess your request at this time"or "an unknown error has occured try again later". All the info is correctly added. I followed all the steps on the paypal-prepaid.com site, package and instructions, and paypal support. Any help would be great!
