I have a PayPal business account.
Unfortunatelly all information I found about how can I see my limits seems to be not working in my user interface.
For example one say:
"Go to Profile - Business setup and on that page in the section called "Manage my business", you'll see "Initial account limits". If you press the Manage Money button you can lift your limits there by doing all the steps. hope this help"
When I go to my Business Setup then there is NO "Manage my business" section neither [Manage Money] button see the sccreenshots.

So where is my "Manage my business" ? I can not see similar even in my sitemap page...
OK, one say, but in screenshot #2 there is a link 'Lift limits and move funds more easily'. However this link seems to be using the old web userinterface link (https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_show-limits&req_from=view_limits) and this immidieatelly redirects me to my business home page:

...were not traces of View limits and Lift limits functionality.
Any help appreciated.
