My Customers Can't Send Payments via "Send Cash"

For the last two days my customers have not been able to send me payments via the "Send Cash" feature.  It tells them to
"Please enter a vaild e-mail address"  I have been using the same e-mail address for over 13 years now.  However, if I send them an invoice, from that same e-mail address, they are able to send payment.  What gives?
