Money Hasn't appeared on paypal balance

About a week or two ago someone sent me a payment but I just made my account so I had to add bank and card info. I still have not received the payment under balance but received an email sayig the person paid. How do I go about obtaining my money!!

Usually it will credit to your paypal account not your bank account. Then once it post yu can transfer to your other account if you choose. If your account is new it may take alittle longer. A transfer from paypal to another account usually takes 3 to 5 days.
