Linked bank account, purchases ask for credit card!

The title says it all. I just finished verifying my bank account with paypal and when purchasing it keeps sending me to link my credit card to complete my purchase.

EDIT: was not debit card linked, was bank account.

EDTI2: I should be able to add from my bank account into my paypal wallet to complete my purchase right?

but I am unable to find an option to do so, only withdraw from my paypal wallet.

If you only have your bank account linked then paypal like you to have a back up card linked as well.

If its just my bank account, what happend to linking debit cards? I have a chinese debit card but I have moved back to my home country. Now I cannot use my debit card and the new one I have I am unable to link it, just the bank account. I also currently do not have a credit card. So this means I'm unable to use Paypal?

Difficult to advise as you are posting on the U.S forum but have now said you have moved countries but not said where   !!!

So best you contact customer services.

I have moved to Brazil.

I'm trying to purchase Overwatch but still do not have a credit card to link to my account.

EDIT: I have sent a message in the message center but it doesnt show up. I have no clue if it was sent or not.
