My account used to have a debit card linked but I moved countries (moved to Brazil) and changed cards. Now I'm unable to link it and completely unable to purchase anything. I have posted before but havent received much help. I have searched for hours for any info about adding a debit card and a BR community forum and have no luck. All the articles regarding debit cards seem to have been removed. When I first started purchasing yesterday it only said to link a creditcard, but today it now says please link a debit, credit or prepaid card at the top, but where I fill in the card info its still the credit card info. Does it have something to do with my country not allowing it? Did paypal stop allowing linking debit cards? I would like to know whats going on or possibilities. Messages in the help center in the (NEW) paypal site do nothing. The messages dissapear and it is absoloutely worthless. Paypal needs to seriously work on that. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I'm desperate to getting my paypal working again.
