I want to withdraw money to card

I want to withdraw money to my card, but i can\t cause it say i need to add U.S. bank and i'm from Romania.

I acces this link (http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_withdraw-funds), but i haven't Visa card, I have Maestro. What i can do?

You need VISA credit card, then it is possible to withdraw money without US bank account.

You will need a VISA card.  If you don't have one you will need to get one.
