I feel that I have been robbed from the money I earned from sold items through Ebay. The itrms were rightfully mine and some collectibles. Because all payments go through PayPal I was told to send proof of identity. The documents were required to establish my identity; Proof of address, Copy of state Identification, Social security card and bank statements. I submitted each document that were valid. Then I was told I was denied access and that my account was closed. 180 days before I can have access to my money. I feel I have been robbed. I feel scammed. I would like help resolving this issue beyond PayPal. I am willing to take this to the Better Buissness Bureau. I am willing to hire an attorney. For me this is not to get back my measley $300. This is about standing up for consumers who are being scammed just as I have. I am hoping to shut down the rediculous policys that PayaPal has in their system. I want to restore the rights of the people that sell merchandise on the Ebay site and limit how much control PayPal has with handling the funds. It is simply outrageous why they feel entittled to any funds when the documents are submitted. They are simply the middle man robber who has nothing to do with the legitimate sales made, nor has any rights to know why or what reason an individual might open their garage and decide that they are willing to part with memorabilia or colllectibles they have stored for many years. What business is it of theirs to understand that your random type of items your selling might not be the same as what you decide to sell in six monthes from now. Get real!

They told me that my ID was needed yet for approval. I had at that time already sent it in and it was infact approved. So when I said that they said that they would overlook the account and get back to me. I agreed. Then the response back was that my account review was denied for security purposes and the account would be closed. In other words no more options available now!

When ther are security issues whether transaction between countries not permitted, selling risky items, and many other issues, PayPal must follow security procedures to protect it's own funds and those of members who have no security issues.
No one else here has access to your account detials, your various transaction details, your banking relationships, or your registred country. Only PayPal could tell you specifics about security issues but, for protection of their business they would not likely provide details.

Oh no one gets access to my account details so why would you assume such a thing? Risky items? Please explain if you are suggesting this?
