I've been robbed and lied to!

Hey guys so I don't know what to do at this moment. I have bought an item for $800 off a website and now they tell me they do not accept my payment. When I ask them for refund they tell me I have to make purchase via western union before they can refund me. They lied to me after I put dispute on PayPal telling me if I take off dispute they will deliver the goods. I took off dispute and they went back to telling me they didn't accept my payment!!! $800!!!!! I'm going insane! I have pictures of them lying to me continuously. Any suggestions?

NEVER EVER close a dispute until you have a cleared refund. If you had escalated it to paypal then odds on that is what you would have received.

Is the original payment to them marked as completed or unclaimed, and if its the latter is their a cancel option.

Does the transaction show in your paypal account transaction history?

Do not send ANYTHING by western union.

How did you fund the original payment via paypal?
