I just bought a new PayPal my cash card around 10am and I deposited 350 dollars on it and here it is going on 4pm and when I log in to my account it still shows zero in my account how long does it take to load or did I get robbed as soon as I bought it and what can I do
did you actually loaded it up to your paypal account via http://paypal.com/cash , the funds might still inside the card. check the website and keyin the 10 digit pin and it will ask you to login to your paypal account make sure to click the LOAD IT UP button inside the microsite.
