I can't send money

I've never sent money before. I can receive money just fine. Today I sent $30 then I tried to send more but it doesnt let me. Is there a montlhy limit or something

How are you sending the money, goods/services or family/friends?

i live in usa, i think the other person doesnt. sending the money via friends family.yes im buying something

The recipient's country is important and may a problem.

Also, using friends/family for purchases is against PayPal terms of use and could get your account limited or closed as you are doing ti to avoid PayPal fees.  Also, you have no seller protection for such transfers and buyer can easily claim non-dlivery and win by default.

I did not know that using FF for purchases is against paypal.terms. We trust eachother. Hes sort of like an online friend

Trust is not relevant to PayPal policies.

Online friends can also know how to take avantage of "friends".

From now on ill only use goods and services or ill stay away from paypal
