I accidentally sent a payment from a closed checking account

My default account is my old checkong account and I didn't realize it until after I submitted.. It accepted and says "completed" but I know there will be backlash.. It won't let me cancel the transaction and start over, which would solve my problem, I think. I tried to follow the cancel a transaction directions, but it just says completed and there is nothing I can click under the place where it says I should be able to.
What can I do so that the person I sent money to actually gets her money and I don;t get hit with a "you're a fraud" kind of thing.. It was truly an oversight and I need to fix it.

Hello there!
Oh no! The good news is, your friend generally won't know about this unless you tell them. What will happen from here is PayPal will try the bank account twice (once a payment is sent, it can't be altered or cancelled unless it has no recipient) before moving on to your secondary funding source, the back up card. As long as the card pays it everything should be ok; if not, you may see your PayPal balance go negative. If that happens, you'll just want to resolve it as soon as possible with us by adding funds from your updated account.
Thanks!
Adrian
