I NEED CHECK HELP! Please...

Ok, So I went and scanned my check like I have always done in the past (On my iPhone) through the PayPal mobile app.

I scanned it and that was it, but normally the check after you scan it shows up on your "Recent Activities" but this time it didn't. I try scanning it again, and it said I cant summit it because it was already summitted...

 

I went on PayPal.com on my laptop to see if it was there, but it still wasnt showing up...

 

I want to know if this is normal or do I have to do something else... please help me out!

You need to contact customer support for assistance as they can view your account details.  Unfortunately issues like this cannot be resolved thru the forum.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
