How would I link my bank account to paypal to access monies sent to it through my debit card?

Hello, I was wondering, if I recieved payment to my paypal address, how would I go about linking my bank account to my paypal, so that I can access the monies on my card? Also, I am from Nassau, Bahamas and use a ScotiaBank debit card to use paypal.
