How to use w prepaid Visa card

If I've read some of these posts correctly,I can use a prepaid Visa card to purchase items from the internet on my PayPal acct . The part I'm not understanding is how to link the 2 together. To where my PayPal acct takes the money from my prepaid card..or is that even how it works? Can you please explain how I can go about doing this? Ty 🙂

Register your pre-paid card at the website on the back of the card under the same name and address as your PayPal account.  Then log on to your PayPal account to add the card to your Wallet and go through the same verification process like you would a debit/credit card as explained here:

Then when you checkout with PayPal, you select the prepaid card as the card to use to pay from and complete payment.
