How to get Account's Limit from paypal account?

hi,

              i am having trouble of paypal get limit of the account holder. i am using paypal adaptive payment for payment but with doing new functionality for receiving payment is GetUerLimits inbuilt functionality of the adaptive payment. so having trouble of paypal adaptive payment. because i got an error - Internal Error. 

             So Is there any changes of paypal setttings for get limit of the receiver.
