Ok, I have a credit line of $1,000 which was maxed out. I sent in a $422 payment 6 days ago that finally is "completed". In addition I sent in another $200 that an email said was credited to my account BUT is "in progress" when I checked online. I should have Atleast $400 available in credit right? If I add the $200 that should be over $600 available in credit. WRONG! I received an email this morning that stated I FINALLY have $96 available in credit. So, 1. Why does it take so long for funds to be accounted for? 2. How hard is it to see I should have more than $96 available? Seems like opening a PayPal Credit account was a mistake since basic calculations are incorrect.
