If you want to make a payment towards another paypal account, but you keep getting an error, this is the way to bypass.
-Create an e-mail
-Send your amount of cash towards that e-mail, BUT DON'T MAKE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT OF IT YET. ONLY CREATE THE EMAIL
- Now you'll see on your account that the other paypal didn't accept your money yet.
- Now you have to create the paypal account, the e-mail name need to be the same as the paypal name.
- DONT FORGET TO CONFIRM YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO 40% WITH YOUR E-MAIL
-Within 2 logouts the amount of money will be transfered to the new paypal.
