The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

Ummm, yep. 3 months now and I haven't been able to make a payment online. All 3 times I've had to pay over the phone. They told me that some of the accounts had this problem when they changed over and they are working on it. Ridiculous. I told them to send me statements through the mail now. I just got my first one so I guess I'll be paying the old fashioned way...

From what I gather, we have to contact Support or Help in order to make a verbal payment on one's balance before the statement is generated. This is a ridiculous Paypal policy. There was once a "Make a Payment" option readily available. What happened to it?
And what is "Granularity" above in the search category and why is it? It is a term in photography I believe. And tags are for dogs and children on playgrounds, not human adults.

Or do this instead: find it then click here and there and call this contact no and wait on the ph or on line for an automated list of chioces most of which are incorrect or not related, waste A Lot of Time and hold for 5 minutes and then get to the right dept and speak to someone out there who wants to better understand you so you can pay by calling another number and click there. Your receipt will be emailed to you...so easy

How about, instead of making us jump though hoops to contact you, you put a "make a payment" button on the page!!! This is ridiculous! You should want to get your money without us having to do flip flops, summersaults, swim laps and run around the track a few times!!!! Lord knows, we don't want to have to do all that!!! Make it easier!!!!!!!!

Is this a joke? I can't make a payment either and I have tried everything. So what I'm getting is PayPal no longer has a payment option and in the meantime I get charged interest fees. Plus it may affect my credit?? This is totally unacceptable and against the law. I think we all need to call PayPal and post their response.
