The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

I owe $10- and can't figure out how to pay it like so many others....why so difficult? it seems you've made it this way on purpose! I've been trying for 15 minutes here and i'm getting **bleep** off and am on the verge of cancelling my account altogether! you best get it straightened out otr you'll lose a lot of customers. I liked Bill Me Later better, at least you could figure out how to make a payment there.

And when you send your check off to them a week in advance, they blame you because the post office sucks.
I do not use my debit or credit cards through the internet. Crazy.

And you get guidance and your answers.
(Call PayPal customer support for assistance... log in to your PayPal account, click on the "Contact Us" link which is at the bottom of most PayPal pages and select the "Call Us" option... the next page will provide you with a passcode and the PayPal phone number for your account.)

I have tried to like PayPal. I have wanted to. Then came this payment debacle. No matter how many planted comments PayPal puts on here we all know that they totally **bleep** up a system that worked very well when they took over BillMeLater. I paid my bill every **bleep** month to BillMeLater without any problems, then came this mess and I could not figure out how to pay my bill and believe me I tried very hard even getting to this help site to find an answer and when I asked nobody even had answers yet. I finally called in and I think, but I am not sure, that the **bleep** actually charged me a fee for using the phone payment. I ended up being late one month after I gave up trying to figure out what to do. Oh sure, I could mail it in and you know what else, I could quit using it too. I don't mail in bills any more, I pay them all online. I have not mailed anything in longer than I can easily recall and that includes phone, electric, water, gas, credit cards, everything. But PayPal really **bleep** me up.
Now, PayPal actually made extra money on me by obstructing my ability to make a timely payment. They put on a late charge. I have reached the point where I will not even try to like PayPal. I will use it only if I have to. I will put in the same effort I put in to figure out how to pay my bill to figure out how NOT to use PayPal. PayPal should only know the feeling a former customer gets being overcharged for what they **bleep** up. Talk about accountability. Look what that teaches. Then they will blame me, of course. Well, I blame them and I will, to the extent I can, put it where it belongs and not use PayPal. How long will I remember this for? I don't know, but I bet a while. If PayPal was smart, and they never show that they are, they would do something to unscrew the customers they have **bleep** by their **bleep** up the BillMLater takeover. Get the message PayPal. Actually, just do the right thing. That is not asking very much now is it, or is it?

On the summary page, where it say PayPal Smart Connect, click on it or the arrow to the right of it.

I HATE this new format - I shouldn't have to contact customer service just to make a payment each and every time!

This is absolutely not true. There is no customer support. If you call the number with the one time passcode you get into a voice jail system that does not give you the option of talking to someone and has not information about paypal credit. It does give you the option of paying on-line with a creadit card.
I managed to get email to someone at PayPal credit about another question and they just blew me off completely. The question was "sometimes when I pay with PayPal the system uses PayPal Credit and other times it doesn't, how can I know how it is choosing?" They could not understand that for the life of them.
