The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?
I owe the money to Pay Pal itself. I do not remember why, but I received a telephone call and was informed that I owed the money. I checked, then agreed to pay half last month and half this month. When I tried to pay this month I learned that my bank refused payment. To prevent that happening again I want to pay using my Debit Master Card. Please help me or refer me to someone who can help.

There are two different phone numbers for 'PayPal credit' and 'PayPal smart connect'. It took me some time but I finally managed to talk to both accounts and was provided with the help I needed. Paypal will refund late charges, once per year so don't hesitate to call them. Don't give up. The numbers are: Login, Click "Contact", Click "Call Us" for PayPal credit and 866 571 3012 for 'smart connect'
