How do I make a payment to PayPal

The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?

I had Bill Me Later and tried to log on and it redirects me! I too would like to paymy bill and need to know how to.... HELP!!

This is ridiculous!!!  We are spending hundreds of minutes trying to find out our balance and to make a PAYMENT!!!!  GIVE US OUR MAKE A PAYMENT ICON AGAIN!  WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO FIGURE IT OUT!  THE NEW SCREENS ARE IRRITATING!  WHEN THE WHEEL ISN'T BROKEN.....DON'T FIX IT.  GIVE US BACK OUR EASIER WAY TO MAKE A **bleep** PAYMENT!

still does not explain why you cannot make a payment with a debit credit card, you have to have a bank account to make a payment but there is no way to make a payment without one, do not want to open a bank account just to make a payment to paypal so am having to buy a green dot money card to make a payment, paypal will take a pre-paid card but not the credit card i have on file so if anyone has an answer to this then please let me know. am not the only one with this problem. Can make payment with credit card as long as you have a bank account linked to it but if all you use is a credit card with no bank account only choices paypay gives you is the greendot money card or a money order, makes it hard on those of us who do not have the bank accounts

I totally agree with you why can't we pay with a check card ro debit card. This makes no sense that is how I use to do it before. Why did they make things complicated. If I were you I would send them a money order. We should be able to pay with either of the cards after all they are now like a credit card institution so you either mail them a check or money order or link a bank account. If any of you needs to open a bank account find yourself a credit union it is much better and they only require you to have a $5.00 in saving no fee or extra charges with credit unions. This really sucks big time

I wasted nearly 1/2 hr trying to schedule a payment!!  This is freaking iritating!

Next to the Paypal Smart connect (or what ever account you use to make a charge) theres an arrow > click on that and it will link you to where you can make a payment.

I don't see paypal connect all I see is classic paypay at the bottom of the page but it still doesn't all me to do what ai want and view what I want. I want to view all my payments. Not allowing me to do so. They must still be working on thsi site because the performance sucks.
