The "make a payment" option is gone. The new and the classic forms both haven't got it. So how do I make a payment? Should I just forget about it and not pay? That doesn't seem right. But PayPal won't answer, either. I'm probably missing something really obvious, but they won't point it out to me. So. . .how do I make a payment?
I was just having the same problem. on the page that shows your paypal credit balance there is a very light gray arrow pointing to the right. click on it and you get to where you can schedule a payment
you are correct this site is rediculous and very hard to figure it out the old paypal was 100% the new one is 0% the dumbest joke i have ever seen piece of crap and i hate it along with 10 plus other people i wish they woud switch back to the classic one
You must wait until you get you billing statement via mail or email then you can schedule your payment. Make a Payment will show up. You are unable to schedule a payment in advance until the statement goes out.
I use to use Billmelater so since. Since I did not see the make a payemnt I tried to go thru Billmelate a pre-schedule a payemnt and it only directed me PayPalCredit. And since I couuld not get the info on this page I called and spoke to a PayPal representative and that was what I was told. I thought it would do good to share it. So what ever works for you based on your situation. I just know I got excellent service from PayPalCredit.
What is the link for the "Smart Connect Page"? It would be helpful if you posted the link on the forum. Also to call PayPal all you have to be signed onto you PayPal Credit or PayPal account, go to the bottom of the page and click contact and then go to the right of the page and click call and it gives you a one time code so you can give to the customer service representative to get to view your account while your online with them. And you get guidance and your answers. Thanks
