How an international vendor ask me for money?

I know how they do it, just use my email account. I've done that before.  I'm dealing with a company in China and they need to request money to cover shipping.  I'm looking or an web address that I can send them in an email.  The language barrier is making comunication a little sketchy.  Wht I would idealy like to put in the email to them would be "request payment here:" kind of thing.

You can use the text or hyperlink version of the item button code.  Something like a Buy Now may work, else simply send an invoice.
