Help, Scammed, Buy sent me a friends and family payment.

Hello,

I have a shop, that sells Accounts, for minecraft and steam. this are accounts, that i've worked on getting and bought my self. 

i've told my buyer to send me the money as friends and family, and he has, and i gave his accounts, * I gave him 50$ worth of accounts*, That's how much he sent me. How Paypal ripped me over, and told me i have to either send in a tracking id, or refund him, Paypal has to knew that you are **bleep** me over, this is how i make a living, Please help me.

PayPal didn't make the decision to receive the funds as friends/family to avoid PayPal fees.  That was your decision to give up seller protection.

It was also your deicsion to sell virtual tiems and give up seller protection.  It wasn't PayPal's fault you allowed yourself to lose.

It probably a good idea to carefully review PayPal polcies for seller and buyer protection and make sure you conduct your activities in compliance for future sales.

Dosen't he lose buyer protection, And he has claimed it was unauthorised, paypal has it wrong, if it was friends and family, that means friends/family won't send him anything back, it's usually a christams gift or anything, And he lied claiming it was unathorised.

The buyer wins on auutorized charges as the claim is that someone else made the charge.  Buyer is automatically refunded by buyer's credit card and a chargeback fee is generally passed to the seller; seller pays the chargeback and looses on all acounts for not complying with PayPal seller protection policies.

It's up to the credit card company to determine if the buyer claim is a lie--no one else.

This selling gaming accounts business is shady to begin with. In order for you to be protected, sign up for https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/digital-products.  

And you are not supposed to sell goods & services and ask the buyer to send money via friends & family.  When PayPal finds out, they can potentially close your account and bar you from having a PayPal account ever.
