Does my PayPal have to be linked to a bank account to sell or invoice someone to receive funds. I have it linked to a prepaid debit card. Will this suffice???

The bank account isn't required to utilize the invoice feature, however, it is recommend to have the bank account linked and confirmed as another option to withdraw the funds from your PayPal account.
