Held Payments

All the payments in my accout were pending till I gave out a refund then 2 of my pending payments became held. I would like to know what is happening. I called PayPal and they just hung up on me. I would just like to get all my money and then delete my account

If they are pending IN your paypal account balance then it sounds like the new seller hold.

what are those payments for?

Did you sell something?

New sellers and existing sellers who have not sold for sometime,their payments are held up to 21 days,

Ship your items with tracking,once they are delivered and buyers are happy,they will be released

"Held" means PayPal is reviewing the transaction and your payment might be reversed. You should check the Resolution Center for more information.
