I buyed an order that costed 32$, i asked the seller (vitamart.com) to cancel my order and my paiment that wasnt passed yet because of an order error, they canceled it, and it was canceled on my paypal account, so i remake my order and correct what was wrong, i pay it (27$) and they send it. 2 days later the payment of 32$ wich was very not supposed to pass and i had only 20$ in my bank account, Somehow passed and rebound, so i got 45$ of punishment from my bank account. So now i got -25$ AND the paiment didnt passed so ill get nothing, i talked to vitamart, they told everything was canceled right away so i must talk to paypal, and i tried to call paypal and got to resolution center and the transactions ID doesnt work when i try to report it...... I AM TIRED HOW I GET MY 45$ sry for my english and thanks !

I suspect that an authorization hold was placed on your checking account for the first order; cancelling the order would not remove the hold and it would eventually expire.  The problem would be that the money is not avaiable for any other use during that time.

So you make another purchase but your bank account has funds on temporary hold and funds are not avaible; this means there will be insufficient funds, thus a non-sufficient funds when PayPal requests the money.

It is quite normal for credit/debit cards to place holds on funds and wait for that to expire before releasing the funds.

The problem isn't PayPals fault.  The problem is that you don't maintain sufficient funds in your bank account and you didn't understand the process.

You could ask your bank reverse the fee; that will be at the option of the bank.

In future, make sure you understand the banking system better and maintain suplus funds fo special cases.

i understand your point but it was an e check that was suppose to pass later and i canceled it and nothing was on hold anywhere.

im a <removed> poor kid from montreal who buyed medics for 20$ and i finally costed me 70$ and now i got nothing to eat, It is paypal fault cause the payment was already canceled and my new payment for the new order made so nothing was on hold. i need that money

AND the fees my bank account took me , was for the canceled payment and not the 2nd, so it wasnt cause of something on hold, cause my 2nd passed with no problem
