WITHDRAWAL AND RELEASING FUNDS

I have 3 days account just withdrew money into my bank account which said it would take 2 hours for it to show into my bank account, however, i still cannot see this money in my bank account, it's money i need and i would be greatful if someone could help me with this!

another problem i have, is that i have sold things on Ebay and paypal are keeping hold of my funds for reasons i understand, however i have put tracking numbers on them all and they have all been delivered to the buyers 2/3 days ago. can someone help me with this please?

You would still have to wait up to 21 days even if the item has been delivered to buyer in case buyer may discover issue with their order.  The holds is all about a seller's performance in resolving possible issues.

When PayPal says having your funds released sooner, they don't mean just for that transaction but based your overall performance to meet the requirements indicated in the linked article so you can begin receiving your funds immediately.
