Hi, i have withdrawn funds on 19th of may, and i still dont have them on my card, 12 days passed and i need this money urgend, i talked with my bank 2 times, and they say its a paypal issue and not their, they assured me this is true.
Can someone help me with this?
You could phone PayPal assuming you are in the U. S. and posted on a U. S. community forum for U. S. user help.
Click on the contact link and the bottom of the page for options.
