I recently signed up on paypal and i have one debit card on file. I verfied all of my account info. I was attempting tobecome a partner at a well know live streaming video site for video games. I was asked on their online form if my paypal email has been verfied, well i found out it was not and read that i have to enroll in this. How in the world do i do that? Im not a business just personal.
