Bill me later info has dissapeared!

I have been trying to view my bill me later info for the past month. The web site sends me to the new Paypal where it only shows pay pal info. I am getting very irritated with this vicious circle, I have called customer service (after being on hold for over 20 minutes each time) to have them walk me through my bill over the phone. I have special purchases that have 0% interest, I'm trying to see when they expire and plan my payments accordingly. I absolutely dislike this new Paypal site. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately as this is a member to member help group, we are not the same as customer support. If you're not happy with these services, you probably know the answer.

When I called Paypal credit, I was told it would be fixed by the next billing cycle. Its a real inconvenience not being able to view bml.

I thought it was just me. I also find it frustrating , I booked a trip to Hawaii thru bookit and it is marked paid on their site but when I try to log in with the new linked paypal site there is no record. I want to pay down the trip and Iam worried about not seeing any transaction or way to pay.

I am having the same issues, I hate the new site, my Bill Me Later info is not available to me, the paypal site sends me to Bill Me Later, where it kicks me back to Paypal which says go to Bill Me Later.. I agree, this is extremely frustrating, don't know why they had to "fix" something that wasn't broken.

Completely agree !!! I want my Billme later accout back!!! it was clear, concise and I knew exactly how much I owed and when I needed to pay off any purchases with "no interest for 6 months" and did so in a timely manner time and time again. Now, after being made to switch to Patpal credit I have no idea when my promotional deferred interest purchases are up, how much I owe on those purchases and when. I now owe the interest on a "no interest for 6 month" deferred interest purchase plus the complete balance for a purchase with " no interest for 6 months" whose promotional period ends November 5th. It has taken me forever to try to traverse the PayPal site just to find out where I stand and I'm still not sure I understand how the payments I make are applied. I hope to call a person at PayPal and have them walk me through this mess - if I can find a contact # for a person.
