We are trying to pay for some things and when we click confirm and pay it says "your request can not be processed at this time" Why does it keep saying this?
Can be various reasons from a system glitch to not having a verified PayPal account. PayPal's error messages don't always make sense nor do they indicate an exact reason.

Did you check your paypal account to make sure the payment was not sent.
Also try cleaning out your computer cookies and history and see if that helps
