Ebay vouchers

I used an ebay voucher to buy goods from one of their suppliers. I paid through paypal and used the appropriate voucher code to reduce the total cost. The actual cost excluding the voucher has been debited to my paypal account.  The voucher has not been credited to my account.

Please advise.

Normally with vouchers the full amount is shown in your paypal account (as the seller gets the full amount) but the reduced amount is deducted from your funding source ie bank account or card.

Thanks for speedy response.

i've checked my bank accounts and there is no credit there either.

I think I may need to contact customer service and quote the specific detail.
