Hello, I have sended some money from my Pp acount to my debit card 24h ago and now got an standard sms from my bank that says something like: Payment done -250$ (that was the amount I sended yesturday to my card). So is this normal because i see now these 250$ pending like Pp took them from my acount ? Yesturday I had 1500$ on my Debit card now i have 1250$ i should have 1750$? I did the withdraw as usual and in the Pp avount it says completed.
PayPal makes you send the money to your debit card or are you saying you sent it to your bank? ACH transfers can take 12-72 hours depending on the bank and their policy on issuing automatic clearing house payments. I believe PP is on a 1 a day schedule but could be wrong. From the time they send the ACH it will take most banks 24 hours more to apply the payment and clear it for use.
I have sended money from my Pp to my Debit Card (is conected directly to my bank acount because I'm not from the US cant use bank acount for direct transfer) Just saying it apears in my eBanking as negative balance -250$ not +250$ as usual...
Pretty much there is no one here who can help with the issue. This has somehow turned into a swift/ach issue. Have you contacted your bank to ask what the transfer states? They can see many details from their swift screen. PP will be a lost cause unless they pulled the money back due to the fraud system sending up a red flag. You will know if that is the case in another 48 hours.
