I received a credit for flawed merchandise. How do I retreive it, or use it against a future purchase. I tried sending a request to Paypal for instruction, but did not receive an answer.

Does your PayPal account show a credit? Is it related to a purchase transaction?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
