Charged four times consecutively by paypal

Hi guys, directed my concern to paypal but they aren't helpful at all. Here's thing I was about to do a transaction but unfortunately my card declined. I tried it for several times then got a call from my bank. My bank told me that paypal charged me 46 pesos for 4 times. The bank called me up because it showed up in their system that Paypal charged me four times consecutively with a few minutes in between charges. I checked my paypal account but I see no transaction in my account. Can someone please help me with this?

The PayPal Community Help Forum is a member to member forum.  As such, other members of the Community and the moderation team will not have access to your account. 

 

This particular issue is one that would need an associate to make sure there were not any guest checkouts and to see where the charge may have occurred. You can reach us via phone, email, Facebook, and even Twitter!

 

If they cannot locate any charges in our system (they may have to search by your card information to be certain), then at that point the charge either isn't from PayPal and you would need to ask your bank to cancel the charges.
