Cannot validate either bank account or card.

It is really getting on my nerves already. I linked my card to paypal - requesting a paypal code related to a 1.50 euro transaction that has been done on it. After doing that, i've also linked the bank account 'related' to the same card using IBAN.

WHAT BOTHERS ME is that when i try to VALIDATE the card linked to paypal, it says there was a 1.5EURO transaction on 9/03/2016 which is yesterday, but there is no such transaction in my card's transaction history.

The only transaction related to paypal i can see is a 0.01 EUR transaction DONE ON 10/03/2016, TODAY. I tried to enter the 4 digits code to verify the card, but it doesn't work. I believe that 0.01EUR on 10/03/2016 is related to bank account verification, right ? THEN MY QUESTION is why i am not able to verify the bank account ? There is no thing as a notification regarding that, and also when i go @my money -> Bank account -> this is shown up, but even though it is UNCONFIRMED, i cant confirm it in any way. 

This is the last transaction i'll be ever doing on paypal, this is just very wrong, such a big head ache only for withdrawing 20 euros ? Hope this matter will be solved as fast as possible.

I'm confusted on the chronology.  Suggest separating the 2 issues to discuss separately.

Did you complete the confirmation of the card before attempting to link a bank account?  From your first statement it appears that you did but later that you attempted to verify the car with a 4-digit code and it didn't work.  Was your card confirmed or not. 

About the bank account, did you get an autoresponse from PayPal to complete the regiistration?

If you want a quick answer, suggest you contact PayPal directly and talk to a customer service agent; they are the only ones who can look at the details of your account.

I'll try to make it clear. 

1) I link my card on 9/03/2016 -> VERIFICATION involves looking for a 1.50 euro transaction that was done on 9/03/2016 -  IT SPECIFIES THAT DATE !  There is no 1.5 euro transaction done on my card not only on 9/03/2016 but overall. 

2)I link my bank account thinking it might be a easier way to transfer these "locked" funds. There comes my bother from. There is a transaction of 0.01 EURO and there is a 4 digits code aswell. BUT where do i put that code, there is no note to confirm my bank account or such thing, it just says STATUS : UNCONFIRMED. - how do i confirm it in order to transfer these funds ?

JUST TO SUM IT UP : I cant confirm my bank account. I have the 4-digit code but there is nowhere to place it. When i go to my bank account it says UNCONFIRMED but can't find anything related to confirming it.
