I won an item on auction, but unfortunately the seller had a change of heart. The CC tied to my PayPal account was billed for the transaction. The seller did contact me through e mail apologizing and assured me of a refund. PayPal has the transaction documented as pending cancellation. It's been two weeks. I know these things take time, but come on, quick to keep the money and draw interest on it while I ride with a higher CC balance. When could I realistically expect my CC to be credited??
It may take more time. But you coiuld call PayPal customer service so an agent can look at the details to find out if there is a problem. Why wait when you can call for an answer?
