Hi! I placed an order Monday February 18 on drugstore.com using my Paypal Balance funds. I cancelled the order 2 minutes after I placed it but Paypal took my money. I called the drugstore.com CS and they told me that my order was cancelled and that they never received the money that Paypal must be holding it. I have waited a week now and Paypal hasn't returned my money to my balance. How long do I have to wait to get my money back?
As you paid from your account balance, the funds should have been returned a day or two later. Suggest contacting customer support and asking. Is your account verified? If not, seems folks who don't have a verified account seem to have more delays with funds than folks with verified accounts.
