Hello, I have confirmed my card ( MasterCard ) and I still can't withdraw money. I also live in Romania so I can't link a bank account.
Is there a way to withdraw my money?
There are reports that withdrawing to a MasterCard won't work in Europe.
Try this link: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_withdraw-funds
Or add and withdraw to a VISA card.
