I use this account about 4 years, and it was always been limited (because it is service for Bosnia and Herzegovinan, not in formally 'limited' stage), but I was able to withdraw funds to card, untill today.
Now, it ask me to add US bank account, when I want to withdraw to card. And when I want to pay with balance, it permit only card. How should I have US bank account legally, if I am living in southern Europe? And, why to receive any funds to Paypal, if I can use it (with no explanation). On my account nothing is marked as limited, but it is actually very ridiculous.
Does anybody knows more about this problem? I saw in last few hours here on forum some people from Albania reporting same problem.

Ne odgovaraju nikom od sinoc. A imali su neki problem i radili update. Srbija, Bosna, Hrvatska.. Da su radili blok ili povukli uopste opciju za withdraw ili uopste paypal to bi se znalo ranije. Ne smeju korisnicima da ukradu pare a ne mogu ni da ih vrate pogotovo nazad sada. Tako da ce resiti kontam.

Same here. Asks to link US bank account. No way to withdraw funds on credit card, like it's been before... Location: Serbia.

They send me this link http://www.paypal.com/WDfunds you need to be logged in before you use it, and it works.
