Hello. I am trying to make a purchase on PayPal and I am having 2 problems which may or may not be related.
First, when I initiate the transaction from the vendor, I login to my account and PayPal asks for the last 4 of my social and my address. I enter them, but it says something is incorrect. I only have 1 address on my account and I know that the last 4 digits of my social are correct. I have to press cancel, which then takes me to my security questions. I enter those with no problems. Now, here's where the real problem starts:
I get to the payment page where it gives me a summary of the transaction and allows me to choose my payment method. I only have 1 card on my account (my Visa), which I successfully used just a couple of days ago to make a purchase on eBay. The other option is Bill Me Later, which I have never used. I select it and click 'Pay Now'. I am then taken to a page called Funding Options, where I am once again prompted to select my payment method. Once again, I click on my card and hit OK. I am taken back to the payment overview and then it continues in a loop.
The only thing that has changed is that I updated my address at my bank a couple days ago, but I updated everything in PayPal accordingly, so I don't know how that would be a problem.
If anybody could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
