Can't buy anything with PayPal.

I just upgraded to Business account, I've always been able to purchase with premier account and when I tried to purchase now I get this message:
"We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow"
What is the problem?

Double check if your credit/debit card is confirmed. Go to Wallet, click on your card, click edit. Or use the merchant's own site checkout flow instead of PayPal's.
Be sure you are not making a purchase through an IP address that the server does not recognize. Maybe you can make it at home and not at a public wifi or at a friend's house.
Try a different browser or device of yours.

That's probably it.. I just noticed and my credit card was removed from my wallet
