I HAVE AN OLD ACCOUNT THAT I CAN NOT REMEMBER THE PASSWORD OR EMAIL TO AND IT HAS MY BANKCARD AND ALL THAT LINKED TO IT. WHEN I TRY TO ADDED TO THE NEW ACCOUT IT WONT LET ME CAUSE ITS LINKED TO THE OLD ACCOUNT HOW DO I FIX THIS PLEASE

Suggest you call PayPal customer service and speak to an agent. They are the only ones who can access the details of your account.
