Battle.net -> Add Payment Method -> Error - Return to Merchant

Hello,

I know this is nothing new here, but I waisted hours to find solution and I didnt find one.

So here is my issue. About month ago I succesfuly added my Paypal as a Payment Method in Battle.net and went succesfuly through transaction. Everything worked just fine! Then I deleted it. And now I would like to add it again, BUT

 

''We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow.''

 

Everything just worked fine!... so my Paypal is verified etc. But, I am using different IP now, so could it be the problem? What should I do? How do I solve this...

Yaeh I did.

GM advised me to add payment method from country, which is also my paypal from. You see, my paypal acc is german and right now I am not in Germany 😉
